Manatee Spring is a constant 72 degrees so manatees like to come here in the winter. We were able to see several. Scott was lucky to catch a video one doing a barrel role. You are able to swim in the springs with the manatees, but not allowed to touch one. Scott braved the cold and rain to snorkel and see one underwater.

We rented a canoe and paddled on the canal up to the Suwanee River. We were fortunate enough to see some turtles and a baby alligator enjoying some sun.
